Rules and Guidelines while filling the Identity Card Application Form:

Important Instructions:

1. There will be no scope for rectification, so the students are instructed to fill the details discreetly/carefully.
2. Students will have to provide Patron proof (Currents Session Admission Receipt).
3. It is mandatory that the students have to provide their own personal Phone Number and E-mail ID.
4. The students have to mention their Class Roll No. provided by the college (do not provide the provisional admission Roll No.).
NB: to check your class Roll No. Login into your dashboard at the admission portal.
5. The photo of the students and patron proof (Admission Receipt) document should be in image format like in jpg/jpeg/png format.
6. The image format for the passport photo/patron proof (Admission Receipt) should not be above 200KB.
7. In case of any mistakes the students have to reapply by paying an amount of Rs 200/- for the new ID. The same is with the case of loss of Identity Card.
8. The last date of submission of Online form for students Identity Card is 30th September 2022. The last date of submission of the Online form for students’ Identity Card is Extended upto 3rd October 2022. || No one will be entertained after the last date of Online form submission.

Important Notice: Online form link for the Identity Card is reopen w.e.f. 15th October, 2022 to 19th October 15, 2022. Those students who have not applied yet are requested to apply within 19th October 15, 2022.
Students who have already applied are requested to check their names in the following rejected list. Rejected Applicants for the ID Card are instructed to reapply using their alternative Mobile No. within 19th October 15, 2022. The rejected list of applicants is given below:
